Add a template event to the bottom of the ACP BBCodes display form.

event name: acp_bbcodes_display_table_after

location: At the bottom of the BBCodes list in the ACP, in adm/style/acp_bbcodes.html at the bottom after </form>

Purpose: To add content after the table of custom BBCodes. In my particular case, it is to add some custom javascript to the BBCodes table (drag and drop functionality).
