RTL languages have style bugs in prosilver/ACP

      • The ACP tabs are aligned to the left.
      • The ACP content touches the navigation menu border.
      • The last post column header in topic/forum lists jumps to a second line.
      • The pagination icon in topic rows is aligned to the left and touches the border.
      • The title in posts and private messages is aligned to the left.
      • The post unapproved icon overlaps the disapprove button in the MCP post approval page.
      • The "Delete post permanently" option and "Stick topic for" explanation are not correctly aligned with the other options in the posting page.
      • The navlink bullet points touch the text.
