List of users in notifications should be trimmed

      aleha, VSE+, Master_Cylinder, wintstar, Kamahl19, Jessica., Alien_Time, Mess, imkingdavid, keith10456 replied to the topic "[RFC|Merged] notification box"

      should be something like:

      aleha, VSE+, Master_Cylinder and 7 others replied to the topic "[RFC|Merged] notification box"

      I guess it should display up to 5 users and if there are more then 5, display 3 names and "x-3 others"
