There is a new EU law coming (and already active in NL) which says that websites should ask users permission to use cookies.
At my forum, non-registered users are only allowed to seemessages, they can't post anything.
Nonetheless, a cookie is generated when they visit the forum. This seems not needed for proper function
of the forum (tested this with IE with cookie blocking activated). Is there a way to bock the generation of cookies for guests?
Cookie genetation when users login is ok, since these have accepted the terms of our forum and website!
