Tested with PHPbb 3.0.9

I need to upload logo somehow.
I have briefly read the official docs of PHPbb3 series. [1]
I have asked people how-to change the logo image of the forum, and myself expected this feature to exist in: ACP->General->Board settings (this is where I change 'site name' and 'site description')

It turned out to be impossible from the ACP, and instead must be done in a 'hacky' way, described here:

I would like to request this feature to be implemented into ACP "Board settings" - a button to upload logo.
