The new phpBB logo included in Prosilver is 10px wider than the previous version, and is therefore appearing squashed/blurry with the old width still in imageset.cfg.

imageset/imageset.cfg

Find:
img_site_logo = site_logo.gif*52*139

Replace with:
img_site_logo = site_logo.gif*52*149
