1. Go to acp.
2. Select 'users and groups' on top.
3. Select 'manage users' on the sidebar.
4. Enter 'admin'.
5. Select 'permissions' from the dropdown on the right.
Observe the following text is being displayed:
"Here you can change your users information and certain specific options."
However, on this page nothing can be changed. The user must click "Set users permissions" (which is missing the apostrophe, which makes it unclear what that link exactly refers to given the plural of users) to change anything.
Proposed improvement is to add text similar to the following:
Here you can see what permissions the user (or maybe user's name in bold) has. To change permissions, click here (link).
