Bug#1: After creating a normal post in my public newsforum (forum_id=11) and then changing that posts type to global announcment it gets assinged to my internal non-public restricted forum (forum_id=1).

Bug#2: By moving above mentioned global announcment via the quicktools from forum_id=1 to forum_id=11 the posts type has changed to announcement.
